Complex geometry, thin walls, deep pockets, and tight-tolerance features in aluminum, stainless, and tool steels. We quote the difficult prints — including jig-bore class positional work other shops no-quote — and hold them, with documented in-process inspection against your drawing.

Precision turned components with tolerances held to the tenths where the print demands it. Miniature threads, thread reliefs, tight concentricity and runout callouts — verified on calibrated instruments and documented with every shipment.

In-house finishing means your parts never leave our control. Black oxide per MIL-DTL-13924, anodizing, passivation, heat treating, and laser marking — performed on-site with complete process records, keeping chain of custody intact from raw stock to sealed shipment.
